
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
If the mushrooms have leftover soil on them, gently wipe them clean with a paper or cotton towel.
Place all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss them up until the mushrooms are evenly coated with oil and seasoning.
Place the mushrooms onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Roast the mushrooms for 30 minutes.
