Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup (225g) frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) coconut milk
  • 1 tsp coconut extract

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender, Ninja, or Nutribullet. Blend on high speed until the contents are smooth and creamy.
