Although I am obviously writing this blog and enjoy technology at its core, a good digital detox is important for mental and physical wellbeing. Digital Detoxes are active decisions to reduce technology usage within daily life. This means drastically reducing screen time, app usage, social media use, and other such technologies that may promote addiction and keep us unproductive and unhealthy.
These journal entries discuss different ways we can decouple from excessive technology and AI use. This does not mean we have to completely purge ourselves from it, but we should limit how much we allocate our critical thinking and health to it.
