Eucalyptus Tea

Ingredients

  • 16 oz (475ml) boiling water
  • 10-12 fresh eucalyptus leaves, removed from stem
  • honey or sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Using a kettle or pot, bring approximately 18 ounces (532ml) water to a boil.

  2. Add the infuser or strainer to a cup or tea pot and fill it with the eucalyptus leaves.

  3. Pour 16 ounces (475ml) of the water over the leaves, and close the infuser or tea pot. Allow the tea to steep for 7 to 10 minutes.

  4. Remove the trainer, and sweeten the tea with honey if desired.

  5. Serve in a ceramic mug or cup.
