
Whisk the eggs in a large mixing bowl.
Add the drained black beans, peppers, mushrooms, garlic, bread crumbs, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Using a silicone spatula, mix all of the ingredients until the black bean mixture is thick and binds together.
Heat 3 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet.
Using a large 5oz ice cream scooper or soup ladle, scoop four heaping mounds of black bean burger onto the skillet.
Use the spatula to press the burger down and reshape into a patty if necessary.
Cook burger on each side on high heat for 7 to 8 minutes. If the burger will not release from the skillet, cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes before flipping it over.
Remove the burgers from the skillet and set aside in a warm place. Repeat the cooking process to use up the rest of the black bean mixture.
Assemble your burger with your favorite bun and toppings.
