1Honey or Ataulfo Mangodiced
2Garlic Clovesroughly chopped
1TBSP(15g) Sweet Yellow Onion, chopped
1TBSP(15g) Capers
2TSP(10g) Lime Juice
3TBSP(15g) Cilantro, chopped
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined.
Serve as an alternative to tomato salsa or as a delicious topping, dressing, or marinade.
