Warm, lightly spiced, and rich with color and maple flavor, this applesauce has a deeper flavor than its store-bought counterpart. It is delicious on its own or as an addition to a plated salad or roast pork. Perfect as a dessert substitute if you’re trying to control your cravings and portions. Make it vegan by doubling the amount of maple syrup and leaving out the honey!
