Sweet and Tangy for the SUmmer!
Ataulfo Mango Salsa
Ataulfo, Adaulfo, or Champagne; no matter what you call them, these are the best mangos out there. Before the season ends, you have to make this mango salsa with it. It’s sweet, zesty, with a tang intensified by capers. Addicting with corn tortilla chips!
Prep Time 10 minutes
- 1 Honey or Ataulfo Mango diced
- 2 Garlic Cloves roughly chopped
- 1 TBSP (15g) Sweet Yellow Onion, chopped
- 1 TBSP (15g) Capers
- 2 TSP (10g) Lime Juice
- 3 TBSP (15g) Cilantro, chopped
In a medium mixing bowl, mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined.
Serve as an alternative to tomato salsa or as a delicious topping, dressing, or marinade.
